Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read carefully before placing your order.
Whole Cakes & Specialty Cakes
- A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order date.
- Deposits are non-refundable once payment has been received.
- Orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup date are not eligible for a refund.
Slice Orders
- Slice orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
- Once an order has been prepared or delivered, refunds will not be issued.
Delivery Policy
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, delivery date, and delivery time.
- Once an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, the order is considered completed and non-refundable.
- If no one is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery time, Sugar Crown will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer using the phone number provided.
General Refund Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, refunds are generally not provided after an order has been delivered, picked up, or accepted by the customer.
- If there is an issue with your order, please contact Sugar Crown within 24 hours of delivery at sugarcrownpc@gmail.com.
